The first picture of the tooth

Henrik now officially has two teeth. The second one broke through yesterday, you can't really see it that well but you can definitely feel it. You can't really see the first one that well either but it is there. Below is my best effort of trying to capture it...it is the whit little blob that could be taken for saliva on his bottom gum.
He has his little toothbrush now and so far has enjoyed the dental care procedures.
We've had a lovely weekend. Tony came up and we've just lounged around the garden and relaxed. David went to the butchers and got some lovely meat so we had the first bbq of the summer. The decking has been brilliant, it is a perfect sun trap as the house shields most of the wind away. Moses had very enjoyable weekend as well with his new bone.

Relaxing

Henrik is growing fast, his tooth is visible (but I still haven't managed to get a picture of it). He is happy chappy most days. He is not too keen on trying to crawl. Very happy just sitting with his toys or jumping on his baby bouncer.
Rosie next door has chicken pox so we are waiting to see if Henrik's caught it too. In a way I'd be quite happy if he has it earlier rather than later but I guess it happens if it happens.
The weather has been quite nice but not very warm, so we have been sitting outside in the sunshine thinking it should be warm but it is not. It all looks very summery and all the summer flowers are starting to flower but the temperature is around 12 degrees.

Out in the wide world

Henrik enjoying the sunny garden at the weekend

In the garden

The weather was lovely at the weekend and we spent a lot of time outside. David was slaving away with the decking and I was helping whenever I could. I managed to do a bit of gardening and Amy had her first experience of gardening when she did some hanging baskets for me. Baba was enjoying the sun as well.
He hasn't been too well but then his first tooth broke through yesterday so I guess that could be why he has been bit of off colour. You can't really see the tooth yet but you can definitely feel it.
David did a brilliant job with the decking. It took longer than we thought but it is going to be so nice to be able to sit outside. It gets the sun in the morning until mid afternoon so hopefully we'll have lots of lovely breakfasts in the fresh air.
I've got some lovely photos of baba in his sunhat but the internet is being really slow and I have to go and sort some turf out (David took some up when he put the decking in so we are using htat piece to replace a bit of lawn that was looking quite dead - but it means it needs to be dug up before we can put the new piece in) so photos are to follow later...

More teething

Henrik is still teething, red cheeks, lots of dribble and chewing his toys. And still no teeth. He was of food couple of days but he is eating again. He still sleeps well though so can't really complain.

Wednesday evening

We've just had some yammee sausages and mash and are all full and relaxed now. I've been back to uni for couple of days whilst Amy has been looking after Henrik. It's been a bit weird to be without him but it's been nice to see the girls in the office.
The sun has been shining today and it is feeling nearly like summer. The yellow tree in the garden is about to start flowering in the next couple of days so the garden will be full of lovely yellow flowers.
I'm sleepy, hard work using one's brain, so I'm of.

Website back in action

David's website is back in action after being dormant for a while :)
Enjoying nice quiet bank holiday Monday, not much planned for the day. Maybe try making some doughnuts with Amy.
